We’re a hair and makeup continuing education school, with a special focus on textured hair, darker complexions, and working in the entertainment industry.

Graduates of our classes work on productions with better skills in textured hair and darker complexions, as well as enhanced trailer leadership & etiquette.

Our workshops are in-person, hands-on, and highly interactive.

Our salon and school are conveniently located in Baldwin Hills, Los Angeles—a place to gather, grow, and reconnect.

    Rhonda O'Neal

    FOUNDER

    The former Haircraft lead for local IATSE, Rhonda has worked on productions like Pirates of the Caribbean, Brooklyn 99, and has been a personal hair stylist. She has over 40 years’ experience in the industry and loves teaching.

    Pierce Austin

    Pierce has worked with Will Smith for over 25 years and teaches classes. Students love hearing his journey and the character building.

    Celebrity makeup artist, educator & author with over 20 years in the beauty industry. Kym has worked on many TV and film productions. She’s the founder of The Glam Precinct.

    CELEBRITY MAKEUP ARTIST

    Beth began her career as a freelance makeup artist in Los Angeles in 1998 and joined the union in 2018. She’s worked several TV shows and is the personal makeup artist to Tichina Arnold & Yvette Nicole Brown
